V. Light-vessels
VI. Buoys
VII. River lights

XI. The personnel of the United States lighthouse Establishment. What they do and have done.
XII. Light-dues
XIII. Light-house administration
XIV. Lighthouses in Central and Southern America
Index.
The writing style is gook and informative. The book has about twenty illustrations showing difernt lighthouses along with a few maps and some buoys. There is also a list showing the number of lighthouses in other nations around the world (3,309 in Europe, 1,329 in North America, 476 in Asia, 282 in Australia and New Zealand, 219 in Africa, 167 in South America, 106 in the West Indies, and 37 in the Pacific islands).
The bad news was that the first reprint was a scanning disaster. However, the seller quickly refunded my money. I have just been informed (as of April 2016) that the publisher has removed these poor quality reprints from future sales. They now have a new reprint that is quite good.
